Navigating the holidays can be profoundly hard when you've lost a loved one, particularly a child or infant. The joyful celebrations, festive gatherings, and heightened focus on family can serve as painful reminders of the loved ones no longer present. Grief, loneliness, and a sense of profound loss can intensify during this period, making even simple traditions feel heavy with emotion. For these mothers, the holidays may be a time of yearning, heartache, and the struggle to find meaning amidst the sorrow.
Hope for the Holidays' - A Mini-Series for Grieving Moms is created with families who have experienced loss in mind. This holiday season, we're reaching out to moms who've experienced the loss of a child or miscarriage. You're not alone in your journey. Join us for our special mini-series 'Hope for the Holidays' beginning December 2 at 7pm EST, where we'll explore personal stories, practical ways to embrace loss, the power of community, and discovering hope after tragedy."
Joinne' Chandler will be joined by mental health professionals, leaders, and ministers to women to encourage and empower moms (and their families) who may need extra support this holiday season.
